ONLINE STORE TERMS
In agreeing to these terms and conditions you are verifying that any items that you purchase from Kenny Mac Adventures are being purchased for personal use and are not being purchased for commercial resale.
ORDER AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars.
By completing an order, you are agreeing to purchase the product at the price set out in the website. Payments are to be made at the time of ordering using the platform Stripe. You can find Stripe’s ‘Privacy and Terms’ on their website https://stripe.com/au/privacy.
If you cannot make payment through debit or credit card you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss an alternative payment method.
Once you have placed your order and your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Please contact us at email@example.com if you do not receive this confirmation.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
Kenny Mac Adventures do not accept a change of mind or cancellation once an order has been placed and we have received confirmation of your order.
Orders are packaged and shipped once a week on Fridays. Please note orders received Friday will be dispatched the following Friday.
Australian Shipping Costs – $10
International Shipping Costs – $25
Customers who enter incorrect delivery details may experience delayed delivery, lost parcels and packages being returned to Kenny Mac Adventures. In these cases, it is at Kenny Mac Adventures discretion if you are required to pay further shipping costs.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Kenny Mac Adventures does not do refunds of purchase, or store credits.
If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty you may organise for a return for exchange by the following process:
- You must notify Kenny Mac Adventures through email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide a proof of purchase and proof of damage, incorrect or faulty goods.
- Kenny Mac Adventures will confirm and then provide you with a ‘return ID Number’ and details of how to return the damaged, incorrect or faulty order.
